Daryll Christner

Daryll "Chris" Christner, 89, of Glen Burnie, passed away at his home on December 31, 2015. He was born in Pennsylvania on September 25, 1926 to the late Charles and Blanche Christner. He enjoyed vegetable gardening, canning, boating, flying, antiquing, horses, farming, repairing lawn mowers and was an avid reader of non-fiction and free cell player with 25,000+ consecutive wins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Christner; and three siblings, Jim Christner, Chuck Christner and Mabel LeBlanc.
Daryll is survived by his wife of 68 years, Gertrue; two daughters, Sandy Christner, Julie Cook and her husband Danny; three grandchildren, Chad Cook, Alana Guy and Colin Cook; one great-grandson, Austin Dubiel; and three siblings, Edna Smith, Gerald Christner and Aleta Easter.
