On September 30, 2012, DAWN MARIE VAN ROSSUM (nee Owings); devoted wife of the late Eduardus A. van Rossum; loving mother of Chobie A. van Rossum; cherished daughter of Catherine and Charles Owings; dear sister of Stephen Michael Owings and Leslie Kathleen Heird and husband Mark R. Heird. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Katherine Villamar and husband Rolando, Samuel Owings Heird, Stephanie M. Owings and Charles J. Owings; and great-niece, Lucia Villamar.
