August 21, 1958 — December 31, 2016

Debbie Ann (Ecker) Amaya, 58, of Catonsville, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2016. She is a graduate of Glen Burnie High School and worked for Shoppers Food Warehouse, Pasadena and Crofton.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 20 years, Melvin "Jack" Amaya; loving daughter, Shylo Schaecher of Pasadena; cherished granddaughters, McKinley and Harper; dear adopted son, Christian Amaya; devoted parents, Lois "Kitty" and John "Rich" Richvalsky of Linthicum Heights; and her dear siblings, Sharon Leister of DE, Donna Minkel of NJ, Marsha Borsivic of FL and Allen Ecker of NJ. Debbie loved animals and was very fond of her two Chihuahuas and two cats.
