On September 20, 2008, Delores Waters Porter of Millersville. Cherished wife of 38 years to the late Joseph Jordan Porter. Loving mother of Jeffrey, Gary and Karl Porter. Beloved grandmother of Kaitlin and Joseph DiGiacinto and Destiny Porter-Stephens. Dear mother-in-law of Kelly Porter. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1930. She had a Master's Degree from Morgan State University and a Teacher's Degree from Coppin State. She was employed at Harford Heights Elementary School in Baltimore City. She enjoyed many hobbies in life including cruises, reading, crocheting and quilting, casinos and fishing. She also liked watching her grandchildren play sports.
