Dianna Helsel

On January 28, 2008, Dianna Lynn Helsel of Crownsville formerly of Millersville. Beloved wife of Richard "Pete" Helsel of 29 years. Devoted mother of James Helsel and the late Rick Helsel. Loving dughter of Mary "Sue" and the late James Lake. Fond sister of James and the late Gerald Lake. Precious grandmother of Zachary and James, Jr. Helsel. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Angie Helsel. Dianna was born in 1950 in Baltimore County, Maryland. She graduated from Kenwood High School. She then earned an Associates Degree from Anne Arundel Community College. During her life, Dianna was employed by the Loral Corporation, Harris Corporation, Ford Aerospace, El-Tech in Westilnghouse and the Deluxe Check Printers. She earned a high government security clearance when she was employed by government contractors. Dianna enjoyed many hobbies. She was a collector of Angels and was interested in Geneology. She was active in many youth organizations including the Greater Glen Burnie Baseball team and the Anne Arundel Gridiron Rebels. Dianna was a dear woman who will be missed by many.
