Dolores E. Filaseta

Dolores “Dolly” Filaseta, 94, of Linthicum Heights, passed away at her home on October 25, 2023. She was born in Baltimore to the late Joseph and Catherine Esther (Bowers) Houdek. Dolly was a longtime parishioner at St. John Lutheran Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, watching tv and old movies and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Pasquale Joseph Filaseta.

Dolly is survived by her devoted daughter, Patti Filaseta and her husband, Dan Woomer.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2^nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Weds., Nov. 1st, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thurs., Nov. 2nd, 11 AM, at St. John Lutheran Church, 300 W. Maple Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Donations may be made in her name to St. John Lutheran Church.
