Doris Bowman

On July 9, 2011 Doris L. Bowman (nee Robinson), a resident of Glen Burnie for 52 years; beloved wife of 50 years to the late Belmar Bowman; loving mother of Katherine Marlene Grokas, Wanda Catterton and William Bowman; cherished grandmother of Stacey Grokas, Joe Lee, Bobby Grokas, Jason Lee, Trina Lee, and Jennifer Hawks; devoted great-grandmother of Michael Storm, MacKenzie Lee, Skylar Storm, Mason Fischer, Shelby Lee, Kolby Lee, Tatum Fischer, Kelsey Lee and Hunter Miller. Doris was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late William and Sophia Robinson. She worked as a medicine aide for 25 years at Genesis Hammonds Lane in Brooklyn Park. Doris enjoyed gardening, baking, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and watching the Orioles.
