Dorris Eralyne Carew

Dorris E. Carew, 91, of Linthicum, formerly of Texas, passed away on August 24, 2021, at Hospice of the Chesapeake Inpatient Care Center in Pasadena. She was born in Conroe, Texas, on June 26, 1930, to the late Ruby and Hudson Dean.  She enjoyed crafting, baking, painting, drawing, and flower arranging.

Dorris was predeceased by her devoted husband of 52 years, Gordon R. Carew.  She is survived by her loving sons, Gordon Kyle Carew and his wife Samantha, and Richard Kevin Carew and his fiancé Kathryn Brinkos and her daughter, Kathleen Brinkos; her six cherished grandchildren, Ali Denay Knisley, Trevor Tyree, Danielle Carew, Kira Carew, Makenna Carew and Addison Carew; three beloved great-grandchildren, Maddox, Blake, Mylah, and Aria.

Interment at Arlington National Cemetery will be held on Friday, November 5th at 2 pm.
