Earl Zellers

On February 22, 2007, Earl Christian Zellers passed on. Earl was a man who was dearly loved by many including his late wife of 60 years, Ida M. Zellers; his children, Ross Zellers, Dennis Zellers and Sandra Davis; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and his late brother, Harry Zellers. Earl was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1915. He was a student of engineering at McCoy-Johns Hopkins Night School. After he graduated, he began a 44 year career with Koppers. He became a supervisor with that company during his employment. Earl was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and of the Deutsche Trachten Verein German Club. He enjoyed many hobbies, including stamp collecting and world travelling.
