Edna M. Knapp (nee Gause), 78, of Glen Burnie, passed away on October 29, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore in 1932 to the late Frederick and Katherine Gause. Edna graduted Glen Burnie High School in 1950. She worked for the Motor Vehicle Administration as a secretary for 19 years. Edna was an active member of Glen Burnie United Methodist Church and a member of the Quilting Queens. She liked to crochet, read and travel. She was also a Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Knapp is the beloved wife of the late Joseph C. Knapp, Sr.; devoted mother of Joseph Knapp, Jr. and his wife Kim, Alice Perger and her husband Bruce, Gary Knapp and his wife Sue. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
