Edward J. Postek, Jr.

Edward John Postek, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD, age 81, passed away on February 15, 2025. Born on December 15, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, Ed was the son of the late Stella Spies and Edward J. Postek, Sr. He honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965. Ed excelled as a sharpshooter and marksman. Following his military service, Ed worked for RCA as an Electronic Technician. His expertise in electronics led to a position with the Department of the Navy, working on submarines. In retirement, Ed enjoyed collecting guns, making wines, taking classes on computers, and taking care of his pigeons. He was also an avid cook.

He is survived by his sisters, Sandy Wojcicky (Joseph), and Kathleen Kozub; his nephews, Joseph Wojcicky, Jr., Jeffrey Kozub and Andrew Kozub. His grandchildren reside in Arizona. 

Interment will be held at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 10:45 AM.
