Edward Roberts Sr

Edward J. Roberts, Sr., a 42 year resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on December 26, 2011 at the Chesapeake Hospice House. He was born in Baltimore, MD on October 25, 1930. Edward served in the United States Navy from 1947 - 1952 and was employed with Kennecott Refinery Corporation for 17 years. He was a member of the Lower Eastern Shore Moose Lodge and enjoyed his trailer at Lake Somerset Family Campground; he also liked war history and Western movies. Edward is survived by his son, Edward J. Roberts, Jr.; two siblings, Patricia A. Fulcher and Rodney A. Roberts; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Ruth Ann, and one brother, Anthony Roberts.
