Elizabeth Anderson

Elizabeth Anderson, a 60+ year resident of the Timber Ridge community, died Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Genesis-Waugh Chapel Center in Gambrills, MD. Born March 10, 1929, Elizabeth Simon; she grew up on Holland Street in Baltimore MD; she was one of 12 children. She married Maurice Anderson (deceased May 2008) and raised two children. She loved family photographs, genealogy, and gardening. She was active in her church; volunteered at Kuethe Historical Library; and was active in her community. She is survived by her son, Rodger Anderson, and daughter, Bonnie Ford. She also leaves behind four siblings, five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on June 10th,11:00 a.m., at Wesley Grove United Methodist Church, 1320 Dorsey Rd., Hanover MD 21076. Memorial gifts may be made to Wesley Grove UMC.
