Elizabeth Collins

Libby Collins, 87, died at Baltimore Washington Medical Center, Tuesday, April 3rd. She lived in the Glen Burnie area for 60 years. During her last 4 1/2 years, she lived at Morningside House of Friendship in Hanover. She was employed at Fort Meade for about 40 years. From the time she moved to the Glen Burnie area until her death, she was a member of the Severn United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She has one surviving sister, Lorraine Kenner of Severn, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Collins; her parents, Naomi and George Metzler; a sister, Elzora Grimm; and a brother, George Metzler, Jr.
