Elizabeth Willis

Elizabeth Patricia Willis, 96, of Glen Burnie passed away at her home on July 12, 2021. Elizabeth was born on July 27, 1924 in Baltimore to the late John and Jennie Norris. She graduated from Seton High School, Baltimore in 1942. She was also a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church since 1950. She enjoyed traveling, the arts, calligraphy and music, taking rides and listening to Christian music. She was most fond of Irish traditions. Elizabeth loved spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Curtis E. Willis, Jr., and her siblings, John Norris, Margaret Williams and Catherine Brice. She is survived by her three children, Patricia Willis, Curtis Edwin Willis, III and Gary Willis and his wife, Robin; and her loving grandchildren, LCDR Andrew Willis, US Navy, Brock Willis, Corey Willis and Derek Willis.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, July 15th from 4-8 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at MD Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 10:45 am.
