Elmer Butler Jr

Elmer Walter Butler, Jr. "Uncle Fudd", 72, a resident of Severn for 23 years, died on March 29, 2012 at his home. Elmer was born in 1939 in Annapolis. He was a welder who helped build the Ft. McHenry Tunnel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with family & friends. He is survived by one son, Dale Butler, Sr. and his wife Kathy, and one daughter, Wanda Alt; sister, Sandra Harman and four brothers, Bill, Bob, Ernie, and Richard Butler; three grandchildren, Jobe and Brandy Bury, and D.J. Butler and 1 great-grandson, Davante Williams; and two caregivers, Madeline Mathes and Jeanne Beil. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Seasons Hospice, 5401 Old Court Road, Reisterstown, MD 21133.
