Elton Mccomas, Jr

On May 15, 2007, Elton L. McComas, Jr. passed on. Elton was dearly loved by his family, which includes his loving wife of 54 years, Rose McComas; his dear children, Mark McComas and Amy Lawson; his dear grandchildren, Colleen and Shane McComas and Brady and Jessie Lawson; and his late brothers, Ellsworth, Alonzo and William E. McComas. Elton was born in Matoka, WV in 1923. From 1943 to 1946, he was a member of the United States Navy. He worked as an Inspector with General Motors for 31 years. He was a member of the Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. He enjoyed many hobbies including playing golf, gardening and sports. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Elton was a dear man who will be missed by many people.
