Emmert Oller

On February 20, 2008, Emmert "Joe" L. Oller passed on. Joe was dearly loved by his late wife of 60.5 years, Joyce F. Oller nee Magee; his loving children, William and Linda Oller; his late sister, Madlyn Langdon; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Joe was born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania in 1915. He was a resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland for 43 years. He served in the United States Army. During his career, he worked as an Accountant for the Chemical Industry. Joe was an active member of the Harundale Presbyterian Church. He was active in the church choir and was a Treasurer of the church. He was also a member of the ARP. Joe enjoyed many hobbies in life including golf, music, dancing and singing. He was a singer in a Barber Shop Quartet. He was also an avid reader, solved crossword puzzles and enjoyed travelling. Joe was a dear man who will be missed by many.
