Evelyn Withington

On June 13, 2009, Evelyn Mary Withington, a resident of Columbia for three years, and a former resident of Glen Burnie and Arizona. Beloved wife of 24 years to the late Charles Decker Withington; loving mother of Barbara Ann Biorn and John Paul Withington; cherished grandmother of five and devoted great grandmother of 12. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Henrietta Schaub, Charlotte Lewis, Annie Marie Voelker, and Nils William Sahlin, Jr. Evelyn was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Nils William Sahlin, Sr., and Maria Sahlin (nee Schneppe). She retired from Motor Vehicle Administration after 19 years of service as a Personnel Officer. Some of her hobbies included gardening, photography, and traveling.
