On October 27, 2015, Fannie "Fran" Ellis, of Glen Burnie, passed away at her home. She was born in Richmond, Virginia on March 6, 1936 to the late Ruth and Bernard Bruns. Fran worked as a cashier for Pantry Pride and AandP grocery stores, and as a server for Snyder's restaurant. She enjoyed yard work, football and Nascar.
Fran is survived by her beloved children, Mickee Rae Ellis, Ruth Dieffenderfer, and Darlene H. Bell; her loving grandchildren, Eric Dieffenderfer and Yvonne McBee; her cherished great-grandchildren, Royan McBee and Gwendolyn Dieffenderfer; and her dear sisters, Ruth Jewer and Marty Rosen.
