Florence Ardis

Florence Ardis, 92, of Severn passed away on September 18, 2015. Florence was born in 1923 in Cortland, New York. She worked as a Lab Technician for National Plastics for 47 years. Florence was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and Colonial Dames. She enjoyed genealogical studies and was able to trace her family back to Charlemagne. Florence also enjoyed doing ceramics and going out to eat. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Thomas Ardis. She is survived by her son, Larry T. Ardis and his wife Nickie; and her daughter, Lonnie Mae Ardis Haven; 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
