Frances Devoe

Frances Azmon DeVoe, 91, passed away on Mother's Day May 14, 2017, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born to the late Benjamin and Sarah Mays Azmon in Lynchburg, VA. Frances was devoted to her husband, the late Richard DeVoe and a longtime resident of Woodlawn, MD. She was retired from the Social Security Administration and a member of The Church of Christ in Glen Burnie.
Frances was the sister of Alma Dolin and the late William Azmon; she is survived by her daughter Patricia Perry; granddaughter Stefanie Sherman-Perry and her wife, Kelly Sherman-Perry; great-grandchildren Autumn Perry, Frederick Sipes IV and Kaitlyn Sherman; niece Nancy Dolin; nephew Richard Dolin and his wife Connie Dolin; grand nephew Benjamin Dolin; grand niece Melissa Watkins and her husband Michael Watkins and their children Angela, Alex, and Adam.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Thursday, May 18th, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 19th, at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
