On March 9, 2013, Mr. Francis "Frank" Carter of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away at his residence. Mr. Carter was born on March 7, 1937 in Baltimore, MD to Mr. Charles and Ellen Carter. He served our country in the US Army. Mr. Carter was an avid metal detector and treasure hunter.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Barbara Carter; his daughter, Tina Friia; and his granddaughter, Kylie Friia. He is also survived by 1 brother, Charles, and 3 sisters, Mary, Agnes, and Bernsdette.
