Francis Welsh Jr

On January 21, 2016, Francis V. Welsh, Jr., 71, passed away at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. He was born in Baltimore on February 19, 1944 to the late Margaret and Francis V. Welsh, Sr. He served in the United States Navy and retired from General Motors as supervisor in the parts division. Francis was a member of the Masonic Lodge Concordia #013 AF & AM. He was a professional oyster shucker, an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Francis is survived by his wife of 26 years, Joyce; five children, Dawn Harris, Frank Rosati, Tony Berry, Todd Berry and Paul Berry; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Al and Bill Welsh.
