On May 20, 2007, Frank M. Carter of Linthicum passed away. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mary Eileen Carter (nee Connor); Devoted father of Mary E. Youngquist, Patricia M. Kelly, Frank Jr., Paul A. Carter, Delores A. Miller, Brenda A. Welch and the late Mary Diane Carter; Dearest brother of James Carter, Dorothy Hoffman, Mary Lou Saul, Patricia Bowen and the late Marjorie A. Epling and Paul H. Carter; Cherished grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 12. Frank worked as an Operational Engineer for the Local #37 until he retired in 1986. He then started his own business, Carter's Rollback Service, until he retired again in 2002. Frank was a lifelong member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge, as well as a member of the Akela Good Sam Club and the Local #37. Frank loved to go camping and to travel. He also enjoyed working with machinery. Most especially though, he loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.
