Franklin D. Lamm

Franklin D. Lamm, age 91, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away at his home on November 13, 2024. Born in Bailey, North Carolina, he was the cherished son of the late Jesse and Mae Lamm. He proudly served in the Army and retired from the government after many years of service. Frank was very active with Kingsway Christian Center along with their men’s club. He would cook breakfast for them every Saturday. In addition to cooking, he also enjoyed being outdoors, doing yardwork and was an avid golfer.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 61 years, Frances V. Lamm; and his many siblings. Frank is survived by his loving daughter, Robyn Thomas and her husband, Keith; cherished grandchildren, Erin Perkins and her husband, Jeff, Josh Thomas and his wife, Emily; beloved great-grandchildren, Carter Perkins, Cooper Thomas and Rory Thomas. He will also be missed by his dear sister-in-law, Edna Lamm; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, on Tuesday, Nov. 19th, from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 12:30 in the funeral home chapel. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville.
