Gary Schittone

Gary L. Schittone, 66 of Glen Burnie passed away on March 21, 2021. He was born on June 22, 1954 in Queens, New York to the late Angelo and Janice Schittone. Gary graduated from North Babylon High School in 1972 and the University of Maryland University College in 1979. He served in the US Army as a Sergeant from 1975 to 1982. Gary was a member of the NRA and MD Mojo Softball. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his ten grandchildren. Gary also enjoyed sunbathing, swimming, politics, hockey, reading books and conspiracy theories.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Maureen M. Schittone; his devoted children, Stephen Schittone (Lisa) of Crofton, Andrea Capps (Sean) of Millersville and Victoria Rohe (Andrew) of Severna Park; his dear mother, Janice Lane of New York; his loving sisters, Nancy Ippilito, Joyce Ehlich (Jack) and Gail Tessitore of New York; and his cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, Josh, Sophia, Grayson, Lucia, Lily, Sylas, Rachel, Nico and Savannah.
