Mr. Gallagher retired as a Baltimore City Lieutenant Firefighter.
Mr. Gallagher is survived by his son Kendall Browning, Sr. and his wife Georgeann; his grandchildren Kendall Browning, Jr., Elizabeth Vogel, and the late Christopher Browning; and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Lorraine O. Gallagher.
