George Kaline, Jr

On April 2, 2011, GEORGE F. KALINE, JR., a 55 year resident of Pasadena, passed away at Fairfield Nursing Home from complications due to Alzheimer's. He is the cherished husband of 56 years to Carole M. Kaline; devoted father of Sandy Koskovich, Pam DiLucente, and Valerie Ravadge; cherished grandfather of six. George was preceded in death by one sister, Jean Soaper. George was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Elsie and George Kaline, Sr. He served in the United States Army 1951-1953 and received the Occupation Medal (Germany). During his employment, he worked as an Inspection Supervisor with Westinghouse, and retired in July 1988 after 35 years of service. He was an active member with the Masonic Lodge 213, and enjoyed bicycling, golf, and loved dancing. To know George was to love him. He brought happiness and welcomed everyone he met.
