George Thompson, Sr

On June 25, 2006, George T. Thompson, Sr. passed on. George is survived by his dear children, Susan Zill, George Thompson and Karen Imhoff; his loving partner in life, Thelma Ledford; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. George was born in Maryland in 1929. He was a resident of Maryland for 52 years and was then a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina for 25 years. George worked in the Roof Deck industry. He enjoyed many hobbies as well. They included gardening and antique car collecting. He especially loved spending time with his family. George was a dear man who will be missed by many people.
