Geraldine "Gerry" Fiersuk

Geraldine “Gerry” Fiersuk, 68, of Linthicum, passed away at home on Thursday, February 4. She was born on October 31st 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John and Esther Zareva. Gerry was known for her love for family, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved her animals, going shopping, scratch offs, spending time outside, and going to the beach. She would dress up for the holidays as Santa or the Easter Bunny at the flea market and hospital for the children. Gerry was a Halloween baby and loved celebrating the holiday by going all out, she loved to dress up, decorate and always wanted pumpkins planted for the occasion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Gerry is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Jacob, her son, Michael, and daughter, Jackie, her grandchildren, Tiffany and Kerri, and great-grandchildren, Caileigh and Wyatt, and her brother, Johnny. She is predeceased by her sister, Maryann and brother, Bobby.

The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) Glen Burnie on Tuesday, Feb. 9th, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, Feb 10th at 11:30AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only allowing 40 people inside the funeral home at one time and requiring masks for all visitors. We ask that you please keep your visit brief, as there may be people waiting to get into the funeral home.
