Gordon Cavey Jr

Gordon Eugene Cavey, Jr., 80, of Millersville passed away on December 8, 2014. Gordon was born in 1934 in Baltimore, MD. He worked as a Postal Carrier for the United States Postal Service. Gordon enjoyed playing horseshoes, cornhole and cards, but most of all enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with friends. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Shirley Cavey and his 2nd wife, Geraldine Cavey; and also his sister, Peggy Bolton. He is survived by two daughters, Shirley Newman and her husband Wesley, and Linda Daniel; sister, Patricia Cavey; brother, Kenneth Cavey and his wife Joann; three grandchildren, Charles Welden III, Erica Welden and William Newman; four step-grandchildren, Chase, Diana, Jason and Alicia; 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-granddaughter.
