Lowman; loving step-mother of Donald R. Smallwood, Jr. and the late Shawn D. Smallwood; beloved grandmother of three and step-grandmother of two; and dear sister of Jessie "Snook" Reidy and Beverly Barrett. She was born in Baltimore, MD in 1946. She was a member of the American Legion, Post #276. She had many hobbies including crafts and crabbing.
