Hayward Hardy

Mr. Hayward E. Hardy, 93, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on June 20, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Hayward was born in Baltimore, MD in 1917 to the late Daniel and Elizabeth Hardy. He worked as a Foreman at Armco Steel for 43 years. His hobbies included playing BINGO and cards, visiting friends, reading and crossword puzzles. Hayward also enjoyed watching the Orioles and the Ravens play. He was the beloved husband of the the late Bertha K. Hardy; devoted father of the late Mary Jackson and the late Patricia Samson; dear step-father of Barbara Bonner; cherished grandfather of Robert Bonner, Robin Young, Sherri Mahan, Karen Facemire, Bryan Cook, Reynaldo Samson, the late Raymond Jackson III, the late Billy Cook and the late Bruce Cook; loving great-grandfather of 15 and great-great grandfather of 4.
