Henry J. King, Jr. 72, a 61-year resident of Pasadena, passed away at St. Agnes Hospital March 5, 2010.
Mr. King had been in declining health since November, 2009. Henry retired from the Anne Arundel County School System where he worked in the Grounds Maintenance Department. He was born in San Diego, California. He and his family took many road trips together as far away as California, Niagara Falls, and Florida. He was the son of the late Henry J. King, Sr. of Baltimore, and the late Dorothy A. King of Pasadena. Henry attended Glen Burnie High School. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth King, Sr. of Pasadena, and his sisters, Carol Raynor of Glen Arm, and Dorothy King of Columbia. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Harriet King of Pasadena, and his brothers-in law, Robert Raynor, of Glen Arm, and Barry Price of Columbia. He also is survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. King leaves behind his dog, Bandit, who had been his constant companion.
