Herbert Miller

On January 18, 2011, Herbert Robert Miller, "HERBIE," of Linthicum; devoted husband of 36 years to Linda L. Miller; loving father of Michele Deorazio; cherished grandfather of Brooke, Kirstyn, and Cody Miller; beloved brother of Diane Miller and Betty Hendrickson; dear father-in-law of William Deorazio and brother-in-law of Jim Hendrickson. Herbie is also survived by may nieces, nephews, and friends.
Herbie was born in Baltimore to Donald and Anna Miller. He served his country proudly in the United States Army from 1966-1969. Herbie was a graduate of Catonsville Community College and retired from the Baltimore City Police Department. He then worked at Johns Hopkins University as a campus police officer. Herbie was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge, Knights Templar, and Boumi Temple, as well as the V.F.W., N.R.A. and the F.O.P. He enjoyed shooting, fishing, hiking, camping, traveling, and attending the grandchildren's sporting events.
