On August 28, 2018, Herbert "Alan" Randle, 71, of Glen Burnie, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Alan was born on May 16, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Thelma and Herbert E. Randle. He served his country proudly in the United States Army as a Specialist-4. After being discharged from the Army, Alan went on to be a fire fighter at Fort Meade. He loved bowling and in his younger years was a member of the Dundalk Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps.
Alan is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Dorothy "Dottie" Randle; his beloved pets, Buddy and Moses; and his dear siblings-in-law, Edna Murley Tusing, Leo Murley, and Dennis Murley and his wife Joanne.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, for a memorial gathering on Sunday, September 16th, from 1-4 PM. Memorial contributions in Alan's name may be made to your favorite charity.
