Hermisenda Miller

On June 24, 2007, Hermisenda Miller passed on. Hermisenda was happily married to her first husband, Donald Lancaster, until he passed away. She was then happily married to her second husband, the late Robert C. Miller, for 17 years. She is survived by her dear son, Nick Lancaster, and one granchild. Hermisenda was born in the Republic of Panama in 1920. She was a resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland for over 25 years. She studied at the University of Panama. She was a College Professor and taught spanish for many years. After retiring, she continued to teach spanish to the high ranking military in the canal zone. Hermisenda was a member of the Pascal Senior Center and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She greatly enjoyed hobbies such as gardening, walking and exercising with her friends at the Pascal Senior Center. She was a dear woman who will be missed by many.
