Hobert Bowers, Sr

On October 10, 2005, Hobert Erwin Bowers, Sr. passed on. He will be missed by his family and friends. Hobert is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Betty Bowers and their children. Hobert has three daughters, Kathryn Collison, Jackie Hicks and Lisa Kick. He was predeceased by his son, Junior Bowers. Hobert is also survived by his sisters, Frances Sawyers , Shelby Edwards, Lessie Mae Brown and Minnie Lee Cox; his two brothers, James Bowers and Samuel Bowers; his three half-sisters, Marianne Alley, Sue Spencer and Jamie Lou Davis; and his eleven grandchildren. Hobert was also predeceased by his two brothers, Robert Lee Bowers and Arnold Bowers.
Hobert was employed with Leaseway Motor Corporation at the GM Plant on Broewing Highway. He enjoyed many hobbies which included tinkering with items with a motor and fishing.
