HOWARD A. COLLINS, 82, of Glen Burnie, passed away on September 12, 2014. Howard is survived by his devoted wife, Doris E. Collins; his beloved children, Mark Collins, Susan Hayes, and Charles Collins; his loving step-children Michael King, Richard King, and John King; nine cherished grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and his dear siblings, Linda and Carl Munch.
