HOWARD DAVID WATKINS, 50, of Glen Burnie, passed away on May 7, 2013. Howard was born on September 3, 1962 in Baltimore. He enjoyed running camping, being on the water and his involvement with the Boy Scouts. Howard was preceded in death by his father, George N. Watkins. He is survived by his cherished mother, Anna Belle Watkins; his loving sister, Fawn Sparks-Merson; his dear brother-in-law, Mark Merson; and his beloved nephews, Robert Sparks, Jr. and Steven Sparks.
