Isabelle Vecheck

Isabelle Rose Vecheck, 81, a Hanover, MD resident for over 50 years, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 25, 2011. She was born in Natrona, PA to the late Carl and Rosalia Augustine on August 4, 1929. She graduated from St. Joseph High School and St. Francis School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, PA. Isabelle worked as a RN in hospitals in Texas, Mississippi and North Arundel Hospital in Glen Burnie, MD. Izzie was a member of Holy Trinity Parish, the Holy Trinity Sodality and Bible Study. She was also a longtime member of the Timber Ridge Improvement Association. She enjoyed spending time with her six grandchildren. She is the beloved wife of the late James C. Vecheck; devoted mother of Mary Kay Mull, Cindy Santiago and Jimmy Vecheck; dear sister of Fran Wargo, Rudy Augustine, Hilda Hartary, Mary Martha Bocinec and the late Matilda Scoglietti. Also survived by 6 grandchildren.
