On January 2, 2009, Jacqueline Edith Neyhart of Ferndale, Maryland; beloved wife of 48 years of the late Richard Dwyer Neyhart; loving mother of Debora S. McGowan, Cynthia A. Henning and Tina M. O'Neill; and cherished grandmother of Jessica Mason, Amy Jo Hart, Robert Henning and Colleen O'Neill. Jacqueline was born in Annapolis, Maryland in 1931. She studied at the Baltimore City Law School. During her career, she was a Protocol Officer with the N.S.A. and Fort Belvair and also a Foreign Liason with the Pentagon. She was a loving woman who loved her grandchildren. She had many hobbies including sewing and swimming. She also enjoyed cleaning. Jacqueline will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
