On Tuesday, the 22nd of February, 2011, James Francis Burns II of Linthicum Heights, age 24, was in a fatal car accident on his way to work. The expectant father and Lowe's department manager was taken in critical condition to Maryland Shock Trauma where he died on Thursday, the 24th. "Jimmy", a college student and gifted musician, is survived by his parents, Norman and Sharyn Burns, his brother, Jeffrey Schenk, his sisters, Jennifer Westcott and Laura Decker, his girlfriend, Michelle Echard, and their expectant child, three nephews, five nieces several cousins, uncles and an aunt.
