James Mullins, Sr

On February 10, 2016, James Ray Mullins, Sr., 77, passed away at Marley Neck Health and Rehabilitation in Glen Burnie. He was born in Seco, Kentucky, on January 11, 1939, to the late Dorothy and Carl Mullins. James served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and continued to serve our country as a mail-carrier for 28 years for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of the American Legion, the Masons, and the Moose. He enjoyed reading and cars.

James is survived by his beloved son, James R. Mullins, Jr. and his significant other Stephanie Barnhart, and loving daughter, Teresa Mullins Weaver and her husband Roger Weaver; his cherished grandchildren, Michael Cain, Haley Mullins, Tyler Mullins, Brittany Mullins, and Chase Weaver.
