James Young

On August 6, 2007, James Walter Young of Glen Burnie passed on from a long illness. Jim is the beloved husband of Joan L. Young for 55 years; cherished father of Vicky L. Arbogast, Cindy L. Benson, Wendy L. Stott, Jay W. Young, Eric W. Young, and Tracy L. Pacoe; dear brother of T.W. Young and the late Frank E. and Dick P. Young; loving grandfather of ten and caring great grandfather of one. Jim was born in McKeesport, Pa. and served in the United States Navy from 1945-1948. He owned a Service Station in Linthicum for 18 years. After retirement, he drove for Huber's Bus Service. Jim belonged to the Masonic Lodge #70, and was secretary for the Hamilton Lions Club, and also president of Hamilton Business Association. In his spare time, he greatly enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards, working on cars, boating, and crabbing. Jim was a well loved man, and will be greatly missed.
