Jane Mace

On September 22, Jane Easter Mace of Millersville passed away after a long battle with cancer. She was the devoted wife to the late Alan Mace for 49 years; loving mother to John and Matthew Mace and the caring grandmother to 1 grandchild.
Mrs. Mace was very active in the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church for almost 50 years. In that time, she served on the vestry for many occasions, was a member of the church choir and was a member of the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Guild. In the 70's, Jane was a Registered Nurse for North Arundel Hospital. After that, she decided to work for Mandarin Construction Co. as a Real Estate Agent for about 15 years. Lastly, she and her husband operated "Serendipity" antique store in Crofton. In her spare time, she enjoyed being active in the church, buying and selling antiques and traveling with her husband to Maine.
