Janet C. Amos, 77, of Glen Burnie passed away on May 8, 2013 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Janet was born on December 3, 1935 in Maryland. She worked in Accounts Payable at Monarch Foods, Wagner & Sons, and American Beauty Supply. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing and baking. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Amos; four children, Edward Amos and wife Nancy, Kathy Gibson and husband Joseph, Sr., Harry Amos and wife Donna, and Charlie Amos; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Society, 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza III, Ste. 100; Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
