Loving father of Alexandra Monet Tobin, Heaven Maryann Workman and Bradley Hartlove. Devoted brother of Nicole Workman, Alli Workman and the late Justin Romberger. He was born in Baltimore, MD in 1980. He was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie. He graduated from Northeast in 1998. He had a career in Custom Towing as a Tow Truck Driver. He had many hobbies including playing Lacrosse, riding motorcycles and fishing.
