Jennings Wootteon

Mr. Jennings W. Wootteon, 84, of Linthicum, Maryland passed away on May 19, 2010 at his home. Mr. Wootteon was born in Fairport, Virginia in 1925 to the late Frank and Mary Wootteon. He was a US Navy veteran of WWII. Jennings worked at Armco Steel in Baltimore for 44 years. He was an active member of Linthicum Heights United Methodist Church and served as President of the Methodist Men as well as the Finance Committee. His hobbies included fishing, crabbing, working in the yard and taking care of his garden. He was the beloved husband of 63 years of Helen M. Wootteon; devoted father of Donald Wootteon and his wife Sharon, and Donna Wilt; loving grandfather of Melissa Miller and her husband Jeremy, Tiffany Wilt, Kimberly Wootteon and Steven Wootteon; cherished great-grandfather of Iyanna Johnson.
